Our Vision:
In John 17 Jesus prays fervently for all believers to be unified. He makes a bold statement in John 17:23: that if the Church was completely unified, the whole world would believe in Jesus. The 1723 Coalition is named after this verse (John 17:23)
We deeply desire to take part in Jesus' prayers and desires for His people. This is what compelled us to create a movement that would bring together all God's churches from all different denominations for times of Fellowship, teaching, prayer, and worship. Our vision is that this coalition would cultivate greater unity, a heart of worship, and alignment with the Great Commission of Christ among all God's churches in our region. We hope that these events would help catalyze multiplication of discipleship, worship, intercession, home groups, and evangelism in the region.
We believe that Jesus' mission was to redeem the fallen world back to the Father, and now He has given us the ministry of reconciling all things to Him (2 Corinthians 5:17-21). In this mission given by our Lord, Christ Himself, He has given us two ways to achieve it: Through evangelism (Matthew 28:18-20) and through His Body being completely unified (John 17:20-23).
A unified Church pursuing the lost would bring the whole world to Christ.

The Nicene-Constantinopolitin Creed (381 AD)
We believe:
In one God, the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the only-begotten, begotten of the Father before all ages. Light of Light; true God of true God; begotten, not made; of one essence with the Father, through whom all things were made. Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven, and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary, and became man. And He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered, and was buried. And the third day He rose again, according to the Scriptures; and ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of the Father; and He shall come again with glory to judge the living and the dead. His Kingdom shall have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Giver of Life, Who proceeds from the Father; Who with the Father and the Son together is worshipped and glorified; Who spoke by the prophets.
In one Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the remission of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.
